It’s officially 2019! Here comes what is sure to be a huge year in my life. This year I will graduate dental school and finally become a dentist. This year I will move across the country. It’s sure to be a year full of many life changes and exciting transitions. In the midst of all of this transition and change, I have several goals that I hope to accomplish. And in an effort to actually achieve these goals, I made a decision to write them out and commit to referencing them all throughout the year.
I love the atmosphere surrounding a new year, the promise of a new cycle of life and new beginnings. Although making new year’s resolutions tends to be a bandwagon that many of us quickly fall off, writing concrete, achievable goals can be one way to begin the process of attaining them.
